This serves as a formal notification of the sporting trials and assessments that will be taking place at Rosina Sedibane Modiba Sport School on the 26th of June 2022.

The trials will commence at 08h30am and please be aware that this will only be for grade 8, 9, & 10.

Parents are kindly advised to be at the school premises at 07h00am for attendance registrations.

The following requirements are compulsory on the day:

• I.D copy of parents
• Original Passport of the child
• Proof of Residence
• 4x Passport Photos
• Latest Progress Report
• Proof of Income (i.e., Salary Advice/Pay slip)
• R350 Trial Fee (Non-Refundable)

Please ensure that your child has all the necessary equipment for the sporting code they will be trying out for (i.e. soccer boots)
